What Deal is
Deal is a task marketplace for Moldova. You describe a task and pick its category, with a city and a budget if you like. Deal tells the providers who work in that category, and they send bids with their price. Each bid opens a conversation with the provider, so you can ask your questions before you accept one. Anyone with an account can also set up a provider profile with a portfolio and bid on tasks.
The facts
Free during the beta. Posting tasks, bidding and messaging cost nothing, and there is no card to enter. Paid plans will be announced in the changelog well before anything changes. See Pricing.
No commission. You and the provider agree on the price in the bid, and you pay the provider directly.
No ads.
Your data is never sold.
Your data is stored in the EU.
Who else handles it:
Cloudflare runs the site and sends Deal's emails.
Hetzner and DigitalOcean host the servers and files, in the EU.
OpenAI reads what you ask Deal's AI assistant and the tasks, bids and profiles it looks up to answer you. It also reads the text of provider profiles, so the assistant can find providers by what they do.
Google Analytics counts visits.
Sentry and Bugdump receive error and bug reports.
