If something went wrong

The sign-in code doesn't arrive

Check the number, wait a minute and ask for a new code. After several tries the codes stop for a while: try again later, or call us.

Something went wrong with an order

Open the order and tap "Report a problem". We look into it and decide with both sides.

The tasker didn't show up

Cancel the order with the reason "The tasker didn't show up". It counts against the tasker unless they dispute it.

Someone is rude or sends spam

Open the chat with them, tap ⋯ and choose "Report" or "Block".

Someone asks for money in advance

deal.md takes no money and holds none. Don't pay before the work is done, and report the person.

My tasker profile is suspended

Call or write to us: we explain why and what can be done.

I have a new phone number

Call us from the new number, or write to us. We check that the account is yours and move it to the new number.

I want to delete my account

Open "Profile and settings" and choose "Delete account".
